Cancellation Policy
  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time by sending a cancellation request to support@tenjinonline.com
  • Upon cancellation, automatic payments (Autopay) will be deactivated to prevent any further charges.
  • Users will retain access to the platform for the duration of their current subscription plan
  • No prorated refunds or partial credits will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.
      User data will be retained for a maximum of 30 days following the expiration of the active subscription

Refund Policy
  • Refunds will only be granted in cases of accidental duplicate charges or documented technical issues that prevent access to the platform. Except for these specific circumstances, all transactions are final, and no refunds will be issued for any other reason
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge via our support team at support@tenjinonline.com
  • Approved cancellation refunds (If Any) will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.
  • Subscription fees for completed billing cycles are non-refundable.
